In charge will be NATO. It will be a NATO operation backed by the United States and the United Nations. All 28 NATO Military members have agreed. The mission will be to implement the United Nations Security Council Resolution against Libya. Be it in air and sea. Protection of civilians in Libya will be key to NATO success. NATO is taking full responsibility of this military operation by following through on NO FLY ZONE from Muammar Qaddafi's military/air force or his opponents. Also a full ARMS EMBARGO against Qaddafi. President Obama will speak to the Nation tomorrow evening. In the mean time the NATO Military objective should be in full swing within 48 to 72 hours. More to come, stay tune.

03/30/11. MARCH MADNESS is fun. Did you know that the 16 teams participating in MARCH MADNESS generate about $700 million dollars per year for the NCAA. The student athletes in return get an annual sports scholarship to the University they perform/play for. Student athletes used to get full scholarships but the NCAA changed that rule to yearly scholarships only. The University coaches have more control that way. Get better athletes each year that way. Sounds very professional to me. Unfortunately only half of these students athletes ever graduate from college. And only 29% of the African American college students athletes playing in the NCAA will graduate. University basketball coaches involved with/partners of the NCAA make millions of dollars each year. The student athlete does not get any money/not compensated for their participation in March Madness. No residuels/money are due to student athletes even when the college sells past games on video or provides footage to television studios or to makers and distributors of those very prosperous, money making video games every sport junky pops in their game console. Student athletes must sign for a 440 page manuel that describes what is expected from them as a NCAA student athlete. Sounds professional to me. The form they sign states they are amateures in the sport of basketball. That is hard to believe. The NCAA is an organization that expects excellence. An organization that has about 450 employees to take care of 16 teams. The NCAA generates revenue of about $700 million dollars per year. Sounds professional to me. What do you think? More to come, stay tune.
03/31/11. Inflation to hit the United States? Well in Illinois, College tuition Rising! For example, University of Chicago to increase by 4.1%. North Western University to increase 4.49%. DePaul University to rise by 6.2%. University of Illinois to increase by 6.9%. These figures can change and are a good average of tuition hikes. One country that can sustain these higher college tuition costs is China. Yes China has gone through their inflation woes and have adjusted their incomes and extra consumer costs. But this country has also had a huge Middle Income Boom. With Chinese incomes rising dramaticly they can pay higher college costs for their children. As a result of this newly found income, the American Colleges found a new class of people who can pay higher tuition costs. CHINESE STUDENTS! As a result of this scenario Illinois and all colleges/universities across the Good Old U.S.A. expect a 22% increase in Chinese students. I'm sure these extra 22% of Chinese students are not going to attend Clown School. Expect more competition for North American Students. More to come, stay tune.
