12/31/07. Multi Billionare, 93 year old, Rhoda Pritzker has passed away at her Florida winter home. She was part of the powerful Chicago Pritzker family that made their money in Hotels. Hyatt Hotels. Married to Jack Pritzker a powerful lawyer. She was on and held many positions as head of foundations dedicated to the Arts. What the media isn't telling you is that they also own the Marmon Group who owns the powerful Credit Bureau, Trans Union. This company decides how you are to be placed on the credit scale. By the way, the Pritzker's owned a bank a few years ago that was directly in the Sub Prime Mortgage business that went bust. Guess What? They went broke, using the bank to fund their interests. FDIC bailed them out. That means you and I paid for billionare folks like the Pritzkers to be bailed out by tax payers. This family actually made more money than most humans on earth in the credit rating business. A business that did more to fuel and spark the Sub Prime Mortgage business. Made it easier for Banks to discriminate against poor white and minorty people to get higher interest rates to buy their homes and get credit, from personal to business loans. New type of mortgage products were created to fuel the new credit ratings. The Pritzkers did not have the same restrictions as you and I when they went into business. And they are responsible for this sub prime housing problem and most of the bankruptcies in the country. The Pritzkers give millions of dollars away to poor communities, but remember, they took this money out of these communities they screwed. They make billions of dollars on the backs of every middle and poor person in America. By the way, they are great friends with Mayor Daley and his brothers. You will hear only good things about these devils, but don't be fooled. Credit ratings are on every thing from borrowing money to getting a job. They are part of the Big Brother atmosphere in America. Watch Out! This family has lots of influence in almost every industry in America. Do you deserve to be rated if you are purchasing Insurance or Applying for a Job? I say NO! If you don't use credit, your credit rating is lower. This means higher interest rates. Some colleges are using credit scores. Did you know this. Rhoda Pritzker was part of the big problem in America, while she lived the great life. I hope this web site doesn't get shut down. Big Brother is Watching, or Rating. James Liceaga. : ) More to come, stay tune.

Union officials say their membership will fight the governments attemp to decrease their workers pensions that was agreed to years ago. British tax payers are under pressures across the board to carry the government so far. They are OVER TAXED! 12/21/07. The United States is enjoying a spike in births. It is reported that families are having an average of 2.1 children in their household. That is the highest figure in a few decades. Some are calling it a baby boom. The U.S. Government is happy because this represents enough people to pay social security for the current Americans considered Seniors, (this includes the original Baby Boomers). There will be enough new Americans born in the United States to pay for the future retired Americans. This figure includes undocumented workers paying their fair share into social security and other vital taxes needed to move the U.S. forward. The problem for future America that the so called good old days, (Original Baby Boomer Days) is that government workers across the board are retiring at 70% to 80% of their salaries and they are living longer, up to 25 years longer. This will pose a huge fiscal problem for those just born Americans. More to come, stay tune.

Whale hunting is not permitted, but a special international law allows whales to be killed for only scientific purposes. Japan has told the United Nations that it is using this law to kill whales. Portions of the Whale will be used for scientific purposes, but critics believe that alot of the whale will be sold to food and clothing manufacturers. More to come, stay tune.
12/20/07. Foreclosures in November 2007 were up 68% compared to last year, November 2006. The good news is that Foreclosures are down 10% from October 2007. Remember, only 1.7% of all mortgages originated are in Foreclosure. That is still low. That means 98.3% of mortgages are not under Forecosure. Under the 43rd President, more Americans became Home Owners than ever before in the history of the United States. Therefore, foreclosures are slightly higher because there are more home owners in America. Could it be that the media and the Democrats Do Not want President Bush to leave a Legacy of providing more people with home ownership? I say yes! FHA will be taking over the sub- prime mortgage business again. They lost it in the 1990's when fantastic mortgage products took over that role. That is how the 42nd President got his balanced budgets. Keeping government foreclosure rates down on the books. Remember, FHA insures these FHA mortgages. A little dark secret Democrats don't think we know about. More to come, stay tune. Let the private market work! Jim Liceaga
12/20/07. The 1975 FCC Federal law that restricts big city newspapers to own television stations in their markets could be over turned. The House of Representatives voted in favor of Big City Newspapers the right to purchase televisions. It is believed that the news paper business does not have sole power over news content and that cable television and the internet have made the playing field much more even. The House Bill now goes over to the Senate and there it could fail. A number of Senators are worried that these city news papers owned by big Media Giants could control to uch content, filtering only what they want the public to know. Minority groups are concerned that their point of views and concerns will be diminished, lost not only on page 99 but also at 1am in the morning. It is known that a Big City Political Boss does dictate what the press can hear and write. On a sde note, the Tribune Company that owns many newspapers around the country and WGN television along with their cable station and internet business has always been exempt from this 1975 FCC law. I wonder why? Who said life is fair.

This company was awarded millions of dollars in City business. Mayor Daley said he knew nothing about Patrick Daley's involvment with these contracts. Mayor Daley told reporters/press that he will not comment on this scandel or take any more questions relating to this matter. He also said he is very proud of his son. Patrick Daley is in the ARMY and was deployed to Afghanistan thas morning during the Press conference. Patrick Daley was involved in a beating when he was a teenager in Michigan. He took a bat and busted another teenager's head open. No criminal charges were ever made against him, but an undisclosed settlement was paid out to the victim. Let's keep the Press alive and well in Chicago. Mayor Daley should comment on all reporters questions and Patrick Daley should respond as well.

12/18/07. Merchandise sales on the Web so far down 18% from last year. Folks are concerned about the economy and their job security. This will be the number one issue on voters minds in 2008. Number two is Illigal Immigration and Homeland Security. Unfortunately, most Americans or about 69% of Americans do not realize that Undocumented workers play a vital role in keeping the economy vibrant. Think of the homes and the automobiles they would purchase if they had a sense of security in our Great Nation. Undocumented workers account for billions of dollars collected in Sales Tax around the country. Let us join with President Bush in documenting these people that live year. Lets move this economy forward to benefit our children in the long run and to keep our economy strong. Remember, Baby Boomers are retiring and will play a lesser role in our economy. Big ticket items and purchases like gasoline, gum, paper, lunch, cloths, shoes, hair cuts, big grocery buys, toys, rugs, curtains, etc. are all being missed out by not giving Undocumented workers the documents they need to be safe and feel welcomed in our society. It is about economics and keeping the U.S.A. strong. Check out our Final Thought page in this Web Site. More to come, stay tune.

So far $5.6 billion dollars has been agreed to be donated to the Prime Minister Abbas's government to establish a vital State of Palestine. So far in the Gaza Strip where Hamas elected perty resides, non to very little will be allocated there. 60 countries were involved and all agree that an Independent, Democratic Palestinian State is needed if Peace in the region is to prevail or slow down the rise of teroristic mentality the Palestinian refugees follow to combat Israeli counter actions. 12/28/07. In Pakistan hundreds of thousands of mourners paid last respects to Benizar Bhutto who was buried at the mausoleum of Pakistan's most famous political dynasty. President Bush denounced the "murderous extremists who are trying to undermine Pakistan's democracy" and spoke briefly by phone to Pakistan's President Masharaf. In the wake of the killing, Nawaz Sharif, another former premier and leader of a rival opposition party, announced his party would boycott the upcoming elections which coupled with Bhutto's assissination will deem the elections to have little credibility.
12/27/07. Pakistan opposition leader Benazir Bhutto has been assassinated in Rawalpindi Pakistan by a suicide bomber who shot her in the neck and chest before blowing himself up and killing 20 others, including police. The death of the 54 year old former prime minister has thrown the campaign for the January 8th election into chaos and has created fears of mass protests and an eruption of violence across the south Asian nation. Bhutto was rushed to the hospital and taken to emergency surgery but died at 6:16 pm Thursday. Supporters blamed current President Musharraf, Bhutto's main political opponent. A few began stoning cars and broke the glass door to the emergency room. Bhutto's security advisor Rehman Malik said that they had repeatedly informed the government to provide her proper security and appropriate equipment including jammers, but received no heed to their requests. President Musharraf is deeply dismayed indicating that he is not responsible for the assissination. U.S. deputy spokesman Tom Casey said, "It demonstrates that there are still those in Pakistan who want to subvert reconcilliation and efforts to advance democracy." The United States has for months been encouraging Musharraf to reach an accommodation with the opposition, particularly Bhutto, who was seen as having a wide base of support in Pakistan. Party supporter Chaudry Mohammed Nazir said that two gunshots rang out when Bhutto's vehicle pulled into the main street and then there was a big blast next to her car. Hundreds of riot police manned the security checkpoints. In November, Bhutto had also planned a rally in the city, but Musharraf forced her to cancel it, citing security fears. In recent weeks, suicide bombers have repeatedly targeted security forces in Rawalpindi, a city near the capital where Musharraf stays and the Pakistan army has its headquarters.
12/27/07. I believe that the assissination of Benazir Bhutto today is going to impact the Iowa Caucus causing Hillary to gain support due to her stand on the war on Terror. Obama will lose support due to his lack of experience. Hope is a great campaign slogan but real life experience and "know how" is the voter's priority in critical times. Jim L.
12/27/07. The President has signed a $555 Billion bill to fund the U.S. Government through September of 2008 of which $70-80 Billion will be alotted to the war on Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan. 12/07/07. President Uribe of Columbia, is upset that President Sarkozy of France is negotiating directly with Rebels causing socialistic military operations against the elected Columbian government. Murders, Kidnapping, Arson, Drug and Sex Trade Trafficing are all blamed and documented against the rebels. President Sarkozy is trying to free a few French business men and women from the rebels. Some have been held for 5 years by the rebels. We should ask if President Sarkozy will sell and trade weapons for their freedom. Hugo Chavez has broke ties with Columbia's elected officials due to his siding with the Rebels. Remember, France needs oil! Lots of oil and Venezuela has all the oil France needs. France also needs jobs and what better way to boost their manufacturing sector by developing and selling military weapons. France has a huge unemployment problem with its young men being idled. Remember the riots in their streets. French President Sarkozy also has big problems with its Unions. This could be the answer to his problems. Making jobs by building and selling weapons. Remember Viet Nam and the French and how we went in to protect them from the Communists. Possibly another event to aid France and to calm down President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez. Columbia would benefit as well. Remember when the King of Spain told Hugo Chavez to shut up! Europe would most likely back up the use of force against President Hugo Chavez. His 21st Century Socialist ideas were voted down recently by 52% of the vote by conservative Venezualians. This could quiet him down to see it our way. Is it a warning or a threat? China a huge friend to Venezuela and who recently told us to but out of Hugo Chavez's affairs in Latin America is now vulnerable with United States big business partners. See the recent LEAD PAINT scandel on its products China sells to the United States is shakey at this time in China/United States relations. China will not be able to do anything about us or our allies going to war with or demanding Venezuela's Want to Be Dictator to Shut up and Stand Down! They do not want to upset the American shopper any more than they are. No need for any U.S. sanctions against China. The public will dictate who sells what. Don't you love Capatilism! President Hugo Chavez is truely vulnerable today! He over played his hand in International Politics and the United States has him where we want him. See, the French President Sarkozy is a huge fan and friend to the United States and Columbia's President Uribe is a Great friend to the United States. By the way, Columbia is neighbors to Venezuela. Columbia even sold their OLD weapons/military gear to Venezuela's military a couple of years ago. So United States and its allies know exactly what kind of weapons Hugo Chavez has to defend itself. The U.S. recently passed a trade deal with Peru causing its alliance to Hugo Chavez to be shakey. President Hugo Chavez must be thinking he is vulnerable. He seems to be loosing his friends around the globe. You have to say that the 43rd President is surounded by brilliant people seving our Country. Viva Condoleeza Rice! What a strategic way to start an election year! Benefits the American people and the Republican party. The down side would be the price of our gasoline. It would jump in price for a short while, by at least a dollar. Most likely, the United States or its allies would have to take control of Venezuela's oil platfirms right away. Hugo Chavez will most likely try to place bombs to their oil facilities. After the seige, oil would drop by $1.50 per gallon. There would have to be another source of oil to replace Venezuela's 11% oil it ships to the United States. Maybe Iraq! Just putting on my thinking cap. 2008 is an Election year! Indian mothers are pressured to abort their unborn baby girls. There could also be murder involved with baby girls that have been born that are missing. Their fathers would rather have boy babies than girl babies, even in a land of plenty. This must be more than an economic concern and just a cultural practice where life means so little. Even with India's middle class and well to do. Possibly bringing their abortion minded attitudes at the poling place after they are given citizenship.
